What differentiates Nimble from other similar products?

Its ability to harvest social media data automatically makes it invaluable.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its social media awareness

What do you dislike most about this product?

1. It doesn't have a country code drop down in phone fields 2. It doesn't offer an invert selection facility where e.g. you want to tag 473 of of 500 contacts, so you just tag the 7 of them, then tell it to invert the selection, then tag those 473 contacts instead of having to manually tag all 473 contacts 3. It doesn't allow you to customise (move or remove) sections in the Data Fields tab 4. There is no API that links it (2-way) with Google Contacts. 5. There is no facility to add preset selectable data in address fields when entering data, like a list of towns in the town field. 6. Better functionality of the phone app.

The pipeline views.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The info it pulls for things like contact address/phone etc. are not reliable and it often imports incorrect social links for the wrong contact into another contacts record.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take the time to really learn it and you'll be able to get a lot out of it.

What differentiates Nimble from other similar products?

Ease of use. Robust. Adaptable to most any industry.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

That it doesn't allow anything to fall through the cracks!

What do you dislike most about this product?

That while emails sync up, it often times doesn't happen immediately. Further, I can't begin to count the number of times I've had go in and figure out how to re-sync my email after receiving alerts when I first log in that syncing of certain functions is not happening.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do your due diligence. Compare functionality and pricing with other CRMs.
