When I need to work with a group, I use Mural
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates MURAL from other similar products?
It performs what it's supposed to do in an obvious and efficient manner. The Mural team is always making enhancements to the system's speed and stability, particularly when many users are active at once.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Mural was originally acquired as a means of centralizing and facilitating Journey Mapping initiatives. Tools now available make it possible to draw on the space's benefits in a wide variety of endeavors, which has stoked the enthusiasm for many new projects.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's annoying that you either have complete control over who can make changes to your notes or none of your guests or visitors do. Sticky notes can be a great organizational tool, but they can also lead to chaos in the workplace if they aren't locked in place and the user is free to move or resize them at will.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I am able to effectively and transparently organize a wide variety of ideas and perspectives from different groups with the help of Mural. This helps me get better results in less time.
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Enables Productivity
- Acts with Integrity
- Continually Improving Product

What differentiates MURAL from other similar products?
Meeting customization is quick and easy with few limitations thanks to features like the note-taking block, the drawing tool for workflow diagramming systems, and drag-and-drop.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I've found that using Mural has greatly simplified my UX, PM, and teamwork procedures. It helps us easily plan large-scale tasks with our team members and visualize complicated concepts for simple reference during subsequent project meetings, all before we even begin designing the product.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Mural's lack of adjustment possibilities is a major drawback for me. Users in the same workspace cannot collaborate on a coherent visual style without some sort of shared distinguishing traits (brands, colors, etc.).
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I've found that the increased participation is one of mural's most useful features in meetings. Mural boards help me host information in a more genuine way, and they pique the interest of my audience by showing them where I may take the material.
Pros
- Continually Improving Product
- Friendly Negotiation
- Security Protects
- Helps Innovate

What differentiates MURAL from other similar products?
Through the late nights and early mornings of the pandemic, I relied on Mural more than I can count. As time has progressed, though, it has become one of my go-to resources for all of my workshop, brainstorming, project management, requirement gathering, and ideation needs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like working with MURAL because of how flexible it is. When I'm working on a project from scratch, I have more say over how data is structured, which makes switching between projects and keeping tabs on the team's progress much simpler.
What do you dislike most about this product?
In the beginning, visitors had access to a number of features. Now, it's down to just those select features. Naturally, this is done so as to be consistent with expenditures. However, I wished there were more available for free users.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Mural aids my professional development by facilitating my engagement with and navigation of strategic challenges, as well as the streamlining of operational operations. It frees up mental space for me and my coworkers to come up with ideas and imagine solutions that are specific to our needs.
Pros
- Reliable
- Efficient Service
- Over Delivered
- Security Protects
