Easy customization of available templates and incorporation of brand materials
What do you dislike most about this product?
The data format during importation is too rigid, sometimes not every data will be available in the format and there should be room for data importation in any format available to me.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I highly recommend mailchimp for email marketing, it has easy integration with other marketing automation software and its very affordable to manage a large customer

What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?
Mailchimp boasts the best editor of any email marketing solution I have trialled or used. Its editor has effective redo and undo options, it is drag and drop based therefore making it easier to use for non-technical marketing professionals. I am able to add texts to my designs by just clicking on the content block, and it has an error checking functionality that helps identify problems and suggests fixes while editing or redesigning email templates.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like to believe that Mailchimp's strongest asset is how easy members of my team have found it to be. It boasts a clean user interface, which enables users navigate features and menu options conveniently without difficulties.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Mailchimp has hundreds of templates available to users . While this is by itself is good, these templates are mostly outdated in design terms and also overly repetitive. Secondly, Mailchimp only allows split testing for emails and not for landing pages.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
New professionals adopting Mailchimp should consider taking advantage of the pre-built existing customer journey workflows that is available to all users. In our own case, we simply customized it to fit pesent needs as against building ours from scratch.
