What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?
MailChimp offers more features and it was undoubtedly one of the first options to consider since it had good security, it is customizable, and it has a very short learning curve that allows the user to automate the email process.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The best thing about this platform is that it can not only be seen with a marketing vision but also with an inventory system, an email manager in which a client is notified of something like a registration and other things. MailChimp allows the user different types of use depending on what output or circumstance is required, allowing this to have the freedom to provide the customer with better service and notify him of many things such as newsletters, offers, etc. MailChimp also allows to obtain a script which can be placed on the preferred website so that users can have a form to fill in their data. It has several templates which you can create informative announcements, forms, presentations, carry out any type of Email Marketing in order to grow the company and generate potential customers.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It has very few templates which limits inspiration a bit, however it allows you to customize to taste allowing you to have a large space to put your imagination to work. Otherwise I do not have any other problem with this platform.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I have used MailChimp for several years and I have noticed a great improvement with customer acquisition and also that current customers have felt satisfied to be able to receive emails in a professional way and not have an email disaster in their inbox. Considering other alternatives, its learning curve is very short so it does not require a great experience to manage within this platform.

detailed delivery reports, abilty to track texts, live charting tool, attracting templates, amazing automated responces.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
the fact that email marketing is the modern nature, MailChimp allows us to trace all our markets, enables us to work on our consumers feedback almost immediately, information sharing expecially on our new products is ideal, delivery reports enhances our customer trust, low cost of advertisement.
What do you dislike most about this product?
i would say MailChimp is quite expensive in comparison to its competitors.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
MailChimp is the right fit to our modern businesses.
