What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?

Mailchimp's main objective for me is to be able to integrate newsletters within the website since keeping customers with updates and promotions is a simple task since I can easily apply email marketing since it provides me with tools that are very customizable for sending mass of emails from campaigns, newsletters, promotions, updates, etc. I use Mailchimp with my work team in order to distribute the tasks depending on the type of email that is going to be sent, helping this to optimize the work process since we talk about mass emails for our clients.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has an analytical tool that allows us to determine the way in which email marketing is done or we inform about the client of something. I can establish lists so that I can send certain content to clients, this helps us to have variety for our clients. I can easily filter users who practically do not see an activity within the sent email, this is possible thanks to the fact that this platform has an analytics of when an email is opened or not, if they have clicked or if the majority of emails has gone to spam. Its email editor is very complete and rich, allowing easy email creation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not very intuitive interface, they should make some small improvements such as shortcuts or rearrange certain things within the panel. As well as improving the ease in which email lists are managed. I have used the basic plan very little but I find it a bit wrong that they cannot contain email verification, this is a big disadvantage since you cannot really measure the impact with our sent emails. The only complicated thing that I can see in Mailchimp is the implementation is very complex, this requires investment of time and if it is very difficult, investment of personnel for it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend looking and analyzing the different features that each Mailchimp plan brings since from my own experience I have noticed that certain functions that are necessary are found in certain more advanced plans, check if your return on investment is convenient to update the plan if required. You can create a good section for your advertising and email sales,adapting to your needs to be able to reach out to potential clients.It simply helps your business grow regardless of whether it is large or small since this Mailchimp allows you to exploit email marketing in a very easy way, helping beginners to have a good experience without learning

For us, it is completely important to maintain a favorable quality for the advertising campaigns that we design for all our clients, therefore, establishing a creation of campaigns with excellent design is essential for us. MailChimp differs from other platforms, because it offers us much more variety of templates for each campaign, which makes it easier for us to create, edit and manage all campaigns. MailChimp has been the platform that has provided us with the best design for our campaigns.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of the favorite aspects that have stood out the most during my experience with MailChimp, is that this platform offers me a perfect monitoring of all the advertising campaigns that I have active, in this way I can establish a consecutive display of all the progress that I obtain in each one of them, and realize the positive or negative impact it is having on customers. In addition, MailChimp allows me to see progress graphs of the campaigns in a general time, and thus be able to visualize the growth of marketing traffic.

What do you dislike most about this product?

At present, I consider not having had any bad experiences with MailChimp, because the platform has performed excellently, it has allowed us to consecutively create and monitor our advertising campaigns and it has also helped us to offer a better Marketing system to our clients, with a good auto-response system and great accessibility to all our campaigns. I hope I can continue enjoying this pleasant experience without errors in its operation.

One of the main reasons why I would recommend MailChimp to any Marketing Zone of a company is because this platform allows a unique operation, which helps campaigns to have an innovative design, a design that no other platform provides, in addition , allows real-time monitoring, which helps to be aware of advertising traffic. MailChimp is quite complete, all its functions help to create a good Marketing environment without errors and also a perfect contact with potential customers. Without a doubt, it is a platform that is worth a lot.
