What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?
MailChimp is a great platform for the creation, distribution and general control of advertising campaigns. I am very happy with the guarantee of work that this platform has provided and the accessibility that it has given me to establish direct contact with each of the clients thanks to the advertising campaigns. One of the things that make the difference between MailChimp and other platforms is that MailChimp offers unlimited storage space for images, which allows all kinds of designs to be inserted in the advertising campaign without any type of limit, while other platforms they place a limit of approximately 2GB.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
MailChimp has given me a really complete experience which helps me develop all kinds of advertising campaigns in the short and long term. One of the things that I liked the most about MailChimp was: 1.- The Reporting system that MailChimp offers me is quite complete, since it provides reports to explain the click-through rate, open rate and bounce rate. All this data that you collect in the reports helps me understand what forecast my campaigns are in and what kind of success they are having. 2.- I love the way MailChimp is able to integrate with almost any platform. We currently have it linked to the Facebook and Instagram system.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Currently I only have one complaint about MailChimp, however, the complaint I have did not affect my performance or development within this platform so much. The complaint I have about MailChimp is regarding their free trial. The MailChimp free trial does not offer me the ability to create follow-up messages for contacts who access my advertising campaigns, which means that there cannot be a good auto-reply system for my contacts. It is important to note that this has not affected me as much because I have quickly updated my MailChimp plan, however, I think they should optimize this free trial.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would undoubtedly recommend MailChimp to any person or company that is considering implementing it in their work system, because MailChimp offers one of the most comfortable systems that I have known to design all kinds of advertising campaigns. In addition, another reason why I consider MailChimp a good option is because it offers a very complete reporting system, which will help all campaigns to be very well controlled and the data collected can be understood. MailChimp is a very complete platform for Email Marketing, I recommend it.
