What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?

MailChimp differs a lot from other platforms that provide the Email Marketing service, because this platform has the ability to send campaigns from a much more reliable source, which causes a large percentage of the campaigns to be received in the section of "promotions" in the inbox, instead of going into the spam folder. In addition, it also offers a Shipping Test service, where you can test the created campaign before it is sent to customers, this is something that almost no Email Marketing platform offers today.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of the things that I like a lot about MailChimp is that it has a good deliverability rate, my clients receive all my campaigns in their "Promotions" tray which helps my campaigns to be viewed at all times by customers who receive it. In addition, I love the way that MailChimp offers me classic templates and templates from other users, because in this way I can give a greater touch of creativity to all the advertising campaigns that I am carrying out, I can obtain a much more optimized design where I can organize better information. Finally, I love the integration with my social networks, it helps me to be more productive.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The free version is one of the things that is not right in MailChimp. I have noticed that the free version offered by this platform is too limited, it does not allow tracking of previously sent campaigns, in addition, it does not allow automated messages to be sent when a new subscription to the campaign is made, which makes it very difficult to obtain good results for new users. It would be great if MailChimp improves this free trial to make it more beneficial.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

MailChimp is quite easy to use software, it has a clean and simple interface which helps all users not to have any kind of confusion when accessing the various sections of the platform. In addition, it has a real-time visualization of the advertising campaigns, where you can see exact details about the deliverability rate of each campaign and the access rate. It's great, you can manage multiple campaigns simultaneously without any problem.

What makes MailChimp special is that it comes with great features and it is ideal for companies of all sizes. What's more is that it is cost effective.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that this software handles all our email marketing well and it is very affordable. It comes with great features and never fails. In addition, customizing MailChimp to meet our business needs is also easy.

What do you dislike most about this product?

So far I have used this tool and I have had no major issues. It works well.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

MailChimp is the real deal when it comes to email marketing. It resourceful and is also affordable. Try it today.
