What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?
Similar products provide a multitude of features that confuses beginners but Mailchimp follows a straightforward approach for the user experience. Even a monkey can send mail.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Scheduling based on the region, segmentation, RSS campaigns, integration forms for lead generations, a lot of features.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don't have a particular feature to dislike about Mailchimp.

It is quite easy to use software and has the ability to quickly integrate with a large number of page builders, not only creating attractive newsletters, it also makes it possible to see how your email campaigns are working with your target audience, it is very easy to use and have a free option for freelancers or people starting their business or community, data analytics is a definite advantage, it gives any business owner access to the kind of information that only established businesses provide a wealth of features and integrations for your marketing.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
They provide outstanding service overall, I like the fact that Mailchimp offers users one of the most fluid and effective marketing schemes, I also like how great the marketing automation is with Mailchimp, the tools are also intuitive and easy to use, and they make your marketing collateral look good, it also has easy drag and drop functions to collect and edit content in a simple way, it offers simple solutions for new or small businesses that evolve and expand as you grow your list and the amount of communications.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don't like that sometimes when I click to save a draft it doesn't save at all, it would be nice if that mistake could be corrected.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is not very expensive, but it offers all the necessary functions to carry out a good marketing activity, it is a very good platform to begin to understand CRM, I highly recommend that you use this platform.
