What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?
Its ability to integrate with a collection of third party owned software we use in the workplace, such as Surveymonkey, Slack etc These integrations has enabled my organization to maximize , the impact of Mailchimp on overall business productivity and of course improved sales numbers.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
As stated earlier. I love Mailchimps smooth third party integration potential. This also happens to be my current favorite aspect of my whole Mailchimp experience.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Mailchimp support, while always reliable , can be a lot more prompt in response. Perhaps, a way to reach the support department via a phone call will do wonders as well.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Need professionally appealing marketing email templates, reliable marketing email delivery and of course detailed metric / analytic of email marketing campaigns? I think Mailchimp performs well in the above listed three areas.

It is very easy to implement this platform, we can keep an adequate follow-up of everything we do in the system, such as sending emails.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Everything is in the moment, which gives us much more confidence knowing that everything is done in real time and without any complications.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It was a matter of a few months to be able to adapt as such to this software, it has solved many problems for us.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We save a lot of time thanks to the fact that we can send our emails to any part of the world without any problem.
