Easy to use - intuitive and has obviously learned from user experience.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The drag and drop editor is easy to use and the template library is also a great time saver.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing - for what you pay the features are impressive and easy to use.

What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?

Mailchimp has a lot of features as coparitive to other similar products. Also it has a competitive price with best solution yet.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

my faveourite aspect of mailchimp is to integrate own HTML template and edit in mailchimp as well.

What do you dislike most about this product?

sometime it's hard to fix settings for templates, too long way to find settings and see the real time setting updates.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I must say if you are in process to run email marketing for 1000 - 5000 contacts with multiple campaign limit to nos. 3-5. It is the best for you, if you looking for to rum for multiple campaign more than 10, ecommerce camps then you should try another.
