What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?
Thanks to Mailchimp, the marketing strategies that can be generated are more effective. It is an excellent strategy to publicize a product, service or company in a massive and fast way. With this system we can save costs in research to find potential customers because we do it in an automated way through email.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
With this multi-functional tool you can create advertising campaigns controlling very basic and easy to apply functions. In Mailchimp we could include from designed images to links to sales landing pages generating more sales at the end of each project. The system can be applied with a wide variety of applications and platforms that link to email.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Although this system contains several templates it does not allow sharing advanced designs with other email addresses which makes it impossible to create campaigns between two or more users. The mobile version does not contain the same features as the desktop version in most applications.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Mailchimp is a system that helps small businesses to build their customer base, but it is necessary to be able to install an initial instructional tutorial on how to use each of the functions. It could also improve the response speed of both the technical support staff and the platform itself, and reports could be generated every time the user requires an e-mail backup.
