What differentiates Laserfiche from other similar products?
The workflow capabilities and the huge array of different APIs really sets Laserfiche aside from other solutions!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the flexibility and ease of use. I can accomplish anything document management based very quickly, and have good contacts to reach out to if I need any help.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I'm not involved in the pricing portion, but I believe that my organization is perturbed about the cost of licenses.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend it to any business considering this product! There are so many uses and ways to make lengthy processes simpler and more efficient.
