What differentiates Laserfiche from other similar products?

More affordable despite being expensive. Vendor (ThinkDox) is amazing and the most helpful of any vendor we鈥檝e used.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Forms and its flexibility.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The workflow can be complex. I wish the instructions were more user friendly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Absolutely go for it. It鈥檚 robust and continues to evolve to meet the challenges of today鈥檚 information management.

What differentiates Laserfiche from other similar products?

I believe that it is influential in file management systems and has done wonders for digitizing everything in the city.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love how efficient it is in storing files with meta data and allowing the creation of forms.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish there was more I could do with the javascript of forms. I feel that LF11 limited the capabilities.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend using this to digitize your files.
