What differentiates Laserfiche from other similar products?

It is friendly for both users and administrators and the support is top-notch.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The search aspect is my favorite feature. I can access a client from 40 years ago just by knowing that he had tennis elbow and graduated from the University of North Carolina.

What do you dislike most about this product?

No complaints.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Look no further. This will do everything you're looking for and more.

Great product for automating approval of requests!

What differentiates Laserfiche from other similar products?

I have used other products other than Laserfiche and love how I am able to transfer PDF documents for storage. I also get approval status of some requests using Laserfiche. I was able to automate a manual task to electronic using Laserfiche.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to get electronic approval of some requests.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Don't have any dislikes thus far.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would highly recommend if you need approval of a certain request because Laserfiche will send the requests to those who need to approve via a workflow process.

The opportunity to develop customer specific forms and backend processes/workflow to match.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Searching through historic files can sometimes be more tedious than necessary.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If it looks like it will meet your business need, it probably will. Just make sure you have someone who can devote time to working with it.
