What differentiates Kantata from other similar products?

Once you learn the navigation of the tool it can be easy to complete your needed tasks.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The dashboards for each of the engagements/projects.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike Kantata Support mostly. When there is an issue that needs to be resolved Support is most-likely not going to help with the resolution. I always try to provide as much detail as possible, including screen shots and it tends to never be enough and there is always a lot of back and forth with more asks from Support. It tends to be easier to just figure out the issue yourself. Also, Kantata SX Customer Support site is hit or miss whether it will be helpful or not. If I'm looking at a very specific problem/issue this site will most-likely never return a search result to help with the issue.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure you have reviewed all tools available to you and their pros and cons.

I appreciate the amount of control I have over the features we have access to.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the ability to build or edit my own reports.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I can't stand the expenses modual. This is the part that needs to most work. It is the worst system I have ever used.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a wonderful, customizable product as long as you have other means of tracking expenses.
