What differentiates Insightly CRM from other similar products?
The customer service is very responsive, and although integration took some time, in the end when it all worked out, the functionality was more customizable and intuitive than our previous product.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The customizations we were able to make, in order to make it really applicable to our business
What do you dislike most about this product?
The struggle it took to get it set up in the first place. There were several delays.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Be very clear about what you need this product to do before signing a contract.
