Unlike generic ERP tools, M3 supports multi-site, multi-language, and multi-currency environments, which is useful for large and distributed organisations.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It allows us to enforce least privilege access across departments and supports integration with third-party identity providers, enhancing overall system security.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The user interface feels a bit dated, and system performance slows down during peak transaction times unless optimized. Also, customization takes time and requires skilled resources.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Infor M3 is a good choice if you need a scalable and industry-focused ERP solution.

One standout aspect of OpenText Documentum is its compliance and governance capabilities. It excels in highly regulated industries (like pharmaceuticals, energy, and finance) because it provides: Document lifecycle management, Detailed audit trails, Automated retention and disposition, Strong access control.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The most commonly cited dislike about OpenText Documentum is its complexity and steep learning curve.
