What differentiates Infor ERP from other similar products?
I like the seamless interaction between sales order process, work orders, purchasing and inventory. Their customer support is beyond expectational, very responsive, supportive and helpful. It's a cloud-based application with user friendly interface and it supports multiple languages thus making it very easy to use from anywhere anytime. I like how it provides resource management features.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Infor ERP covers most of the requirements of an ERP application. The collected data is very useful in making good predictions of the future or identify any potential issues in supply chain planning. It has features for database management, receiving and shipping as well as account receivable and payable.
What do you dislike most about this product?
From time to time, it can be slow or get bogged down.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I highly recommend Infor ERP. The best and most secure ERP platform in the market.

With 400+ reporting templates, you can generate reports with customizable fields like multiple go-downs, multi-currency, order process, and cost centers.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Their user interface may be outdated but their suite of enterprise resource planning features is more than capable of supporting both large and small organizations.

Provides easy-to-use tools for tracking inventory, automating accounting tasks, managing customer relationships, and optimizing product production.
