What differentiates HOPEX Platform from other similar products?
Mega Hopex is very useful when time comes to create processes that include both IT and Business steps. We can add Business rules, dependences, levels, systems and so on. It's easy to use both to consult information and to generate documentation. I use it on a daily basis to analyse or create new processes.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The possibility to link several level of data is very helpful when it comes to analyzing business processes. I really appreciate the ease of retrieving information even when it is hidden in a lower level of the processes, it is easy to dig and retrieve what you need. I work on a large-scale projet which implies a lot of teams and coworkers, Mega Hopex genuinely helps us to clarify and analyze the business processes, and also share them.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's sometimes very slow, probably because of the quantity of information we have generated.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a very good product for managing large-scale, multi-disciplinary and inter-team projects. The information is very well represented and available to all with ease. It is a very useful product to manage this kind of projects.

What do you dislike most about this product?
Mapping between the artifacts to the requirements/problem in hand is not intuitive using this product. It would help if tool itself could recommend matching artifacts based on the problem that an enterprise is solving so that to help organizations make informed decisions using those artifacts.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
