Also, it has cut time wastage that occur when people move to meetings as presentations can be done when employees are in different offices. One has to copy paste an invitation to an intended user.

I do not like the fact that sometimes i have to update it before i get into a meeting

My favorite aspect of this product is the meeting which provides user with a variety of features to use. It has helped me to avoid cancelling meetings with my clients as we could discuss their issues when they were at their homes or work.
