What differentiates FileBound from other similar products?
Filebound has a drag and drop configuration that helps automate complex tasks without the need for programming. It is easy to set up with little to no training required. I find it to be Intuitive navigation with a logical end-user experience that makes using the system simple. Seamless connections with our existing systems has helped eliminate data silos.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
After the implementation of filebound, it has saved us time and money and we no longer have to look for paper. With Filebound it centralizes all our data and we know exactly where the files are and can access them from anywhere using any device. It has additionally relieved our staff from manual tasks at the same time removing the paper trail.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes it is slow when sending large file sizes.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Filebound is a powerful document management system that helps your team collaborate and get work done quickly. The client support is amazing and responsive. It offer a friendly user experience and fast adoption.

What differentiates FileBound from other similar products?
Other similar products tend to nickle and dime the customer for added features and modules. With FileBound, the costs associated with and tier levels are very easy to understand, making the customer feel confident in what they are getting from the very beginning. No tricks or gimmicks.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Every feature in FileBound has the customer's best interest in mind. It's a very versatile system, but if I had to choose just one aspect, I would have to say how it is capable of integrating with other core systems.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing to dislike
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend that they either have Full SQL Servers if they are choosing InHouse/Premise-based, or a solid internet connection if they are choosing the ASP/Hosted version. Those are very vital at the beginning stages when deciding which version is best suited for their needs.
