What differentiates Experience Communications Platform from other similar products?

Experience Communications Platform blends internal team communication and customer support into a single experience. Instead of managing separate apps for meetings, phone calls, and contact centers, 8x8 lets you control it all from one platform with consistent quality across every feature.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I鈥檓 a big fan of how clear and stable the video conferencing is, even when network conditions aren鈥檛 perfect. It gives you peace of mind knowing your important meetings or client calls won鈥檛 suddenly crash or lag out at the worst moment.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The interface design feels a little too "corporate" and rigid. Some menus could definitely be made more intuitive, especially for new users who just want to jump in and get started without reading a guide.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Before you sign up, make sure you鈥檙e clear on how much support you鈥檒l need 鈥 especially if you plan to roll it out to a large team. 8x8 is packed with features, but getting the full benefit depends on setting it up properly from day one.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Occasional lag in the desktop application updates. Sometimes new versions roll out with minor bugs that could have been caught earlier.
