The learning curve

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Get in person live training during implementation and get the yearly training for constant improvement of knowledge and keeping up with new changes.

I have not used other products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Layout and set up of accounts.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The chargeback operations and bill splits can be a little clunky, when having to manually enter reading to generate bills.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Attend the power user trainings, when offered.

Easy to use and manage utility account data

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Automatic reporting

What do you dislike most about this product?

Standard reports are sometimes hard to use and take some trial and error to get information out of the software in the correct format.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This product makes tracking utility bills very easy. Suggest dedicating a person to managing the upload from your utility provider (once per month, several hours for QC/QA) OR EnergyCAP can provide this service for a fee.
