It doesn鈥檛 just handle payroll鈥攊t integrates it with human capital management (HCM) to a seamless experience. For an industry where people are as much the product as the technology itself, having such an interconnected tool is invaluable.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Its ability to process payroll in real-time is a lifesaver. Unlike platforms that rely on batch processing, Dayforce allows us to preview pay runs as we go. This has been especially helpful during project-based bonus calculations, which often come with last-minute adjustments. For example, during a major project handoff, we were able to add completion bonuses without delaying the payroll cycle.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have nothing against Dayforce.
