What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?
It is a specialized and secure website for WEB meetings. A conference is easy to set up. It is easy to record a session for those who cannot go to the session. The alerts that are immediately sent are outstanding at ensuring that everyone meets a call/meeting on schedule. The directions are reasonable and simple, even for the first time, to follow instructions for a session. Simple to use: A quick and simple link is given. PowerPoints can be preloaded into your device and accessed without sharing the computer.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Used for smaller meetings throughout the company. Our meetings were arranged in advance to join people via the web browser, the mobile device, and the telephone program. It makes it easy for people to start sessions anywhere they can. For group exercises it is great. We use it to teach, prepare and provide knowledge to other colleagues. It's great to guide other employees. Cisco Webex Meetings is used by my company to offer training and lectures to other colleagues.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I would personally like the board to be updated as to its style that has a full renewal.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The marketing department produces webinars and supervisors throughout the enterprise who offer webinars based on the theme and vocabulary needed in order to send a community of clients and consumers to a level of instruction. It is very easy to manage attendees and promotions. The webinar registration and recovery program are fast and easy to change.
