Canto's ability to provide a central location for storing all our digital assets is outstanding. It has allowed us to have easy access to data from anywhere at any time. It allows us to share files of all types and kinds in an easy way. The powerful quick search also is second to none. We can locate files easily and fast. I don鈥檛 need to worry about the backups. I know it鈥檚 secure no matter what happens, it鈥檚 always available in the cloud. Safe and secure. The ease of using Canto is also amazing because adaption is fast for all new users.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of the tool is having a central place to source, share, edit and download digital content and has made our marketing team more efficient. We are able to locate images for marketing has become more streamlined and in turn, saves us time. Using the tags, we are able to search via name, location, and more. This makes it easy to find the image you are looking for without knowing the exact name of the file. Canto has allowed us to share images without the use of other third-party applications such as Dropbox, or WeTransfer.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Canto has streamlined our workflow process and we can now work more efficiently with everything we need available on the cloud. I have nothing i dislike about the tool.

I recommend using Canto to empower teams across your organization to utilize assets and also to reduce the number of hours spent looking for a file. With Canto, it is a quick search and has eliminated time-consuming searches and assets requests.

Canto's ease of use is incredible. It has simplified the management of digital assets and we can easily share files from a central location and search the files fast. It has solved our problem of storing assets across many servers which created version control problems. We are able to keep all our digital assets organized and accessible for all our users across our organization. We are glad that Canto is offering a sophisticated and central approach that meets all our needs. Also, teams can edit images on the fly and download assets of any size and type which saves time and speeds up our work process.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only thing that needs to be improved is the appearance f the user interface that looks outdated.
