What differentiates Buffer from other similar products?
I've tried the majority of other social media management and posting products out there, I like the ease of use and the easy interface. I suggest it to many clients and connections when discussion comes up about a favorite product to use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The browser integration button, so if I come across news or articles of interest the ability to put the url right into my publishing queue or post it now without having to seperate login to another platform.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have rarely had issues with the product, support has always been extremely helpful and quick about any issues or glitches, Every publishing app I've tested has the occasional glitch. Buffer is no different but have had significantly less glitches.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I always recommend try out a a few different platforms, use the one you find most cost effective but also the one you find easiest to use and work with. I always recommend Buffer as one to try among a few others as I personally find it meets both of those criteria, but people tend to want to find that out for themselves.

What differentiates Buffer from other similar products?
Being able to schedule your social media content with a few clicks - it is so much simpler to use than other tools, and just works.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Setting up schedules based on your followers "most active" times was really helpful and ensured my followers would have the highest possibility of seeing my content.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Not a lot really - it works fantastically well!
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you managed social media content then this is a must - you can drop your ideas into scheduled posts as and when you think of them, and have a steady stream of rich content for your followers.

Saves a ton of time being able to batch posts

What differentiates Buffer from other similar products?
I really like their proactive status reports. If there is an issue with a feature, they will keep you up to date with the progress of fixing. None of the similar products we looked at would do this.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love being able to schedule and batch posts. We have 20+ social media accounts we manage and some of them get the same posts. It's nice to be able to select and choose which accounts to post.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have to "reauthenticate" the logins quite a few times.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This product is great for those that want to save time and schedule posts!
