Efficient document tool for task-related functions

What differentiates Box from other similar products?

It allows me to add a new document and associate them with the appropriate contacts and deals in our CRM. It allows me to attach documents and files in multiple formats, such as PNG, PDF, JPEG and CSV.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It enables us to search, preview, and download documents added to specific leads. It stores all of our contact information in one place and helps in tracking, managing and updating the documents effortlessly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Box can save different versions of the same file after changes are made instead of updating the original file. It is does not happen often and definitely not something to worry much about but when it happens it makes it difficult to figure out the updated file.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Box is the most secure solution to upload, manage and share documents. It offers a smooth, convenient and engaging experience.

It is very easy to upload data from anywhere around the world as long as one as a network coverage.

The product is easy to use with a very friendly user interface. It is easy to access uploaded files from anywhere around the world.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is no dislike about the product since it functions very perfectly.

For cloud storage, this is the most appropriate software that one can get.
