What differentiates AWS Cloud鈥婩ormation from other similar products?

AWS Cloudformation enables the provisioning and management of different resources within AWS. To get you started with the resource of your choosing, simple templates are easily accessible.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My best feature of CloudFormation is that it provides centralized resource management and monitoring. This avoids manual setup and lowers the possibility of mistakes because it is an IaC tool. The intended configuration specified in the template is followed when using CloudFormation to deploy your infrastructure.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Due to improper IDE integration, debugging cloud-based applications is only possible for AWS resources.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

AWS CloudFormation works well in situations when all of your resources must be provisioned on AWS, but it is not appropriate for deployments in hybrid clouds. Learning is relatively simple for a new person. The template's amount of modification, which is intended exclusively for AWS services, is excellent. There is also a user interface tool that allows us to drag and drop the services we want, and it creates an extremely user-friendly yaml file.

It's severless ompared to kubernetes which is a huge advantage

Completely serverless and manages service

Not enough tutorials for beginners

- Documentation for complex usecases - Multi cloud support (Terraform) - yaml can get overwhelming

Good and robust product for AWS automation. If you use multi cloud architecture do check Terraform over this,
