What differentiates Adobe Document Cloud from other similar products?
Adobe Document Cloud provides a set of tools for handling and managing documents. It has Adobe Acrobat DC that allows you to create, edit and convert PDF files. Facilitates the creation of digital signatures to obtain legally signed documents. It allows us to effectively advance in the digital transformation process of our organization. Offering high levels of security and access from any place and time to boost collaborative work.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is an easy-to-use and quick-access platform. It provides the most optimal options to create, review, approve and track documents, either from the desktop or mobile device. Converting text files or Word document to PDF is very simple. It has the option to create digital signatures, quickly and without complications. Provides ease of creating and filling out forms. It has an effective capacity to digitize documents and store them in an organized way in the cloud.
What do you dislike most about this product?
In the updates we have had problems to synchronize and it has become a cumbersome process. Its cost is somewhat high compared to similar products.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Adobe Document Cloud is a very useful tool to create, edit, share PDF files quickly and securely. It also integrates with Microsoft Office applications that allows you to expand its capabilities, I recommend its implementation.

The security provided by Adobe is more powerful than any other software is having. It can restrict the users to edit the document without permission and restrict the user to download that document. In short, many restriction modes can make some personal documents safe from intruders. This security feature makes Adobe Cloud stands unique from other software.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Easy to find specific text in Long Document Easy to edit and share Document Allow Documents to be restricted from being editable. Easily convert into PDF, Word, Excel, or share via Email
What do you dislike most about this product?
It can be made a little bit cheap for normal usage. It has limited support for other file types besides PDF.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is used by everyone in our Academics for Document reading and easy edit feature. It manages the files and keeps all our personal documents in an organized way. It is mostly used to convert the Word Document into a PDF file format that can be shared with everyone. Hence, it makes editing very easy and provides the best security of our personal files or documents.
