What differentiates Accelo from other similar products?
We have been using Accelo for long and I can share one thing with surety that they are doing great and have evolved towards betterment with time. Most of the platforms lacks one thing or another but with Accelo we never had to worry about it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We choose Accelo because it could give us all functionalities and needs under one roof and that鈥檚 exactly what we were looking for. We can create customized workflow with the help of Gantt charts, there is a very rare client portal where client can login and see the progress, and then there is Real-time insights to make better and quick decision and what not. You have everything under control with this one here.
What do you dislike most about this product?
While it gives a lot of benefits, there is sure need to improve on some areas. The editing or relocating a tasks file iv very troublesome it take ages to do so and most often it just doesn鈥檛 happen. It would be great if they could do something about it. Also, when we need to export something, it is also very troublesome and difficult.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Very much suitable for all size of company and all size of teams within. It links you with clients on one platform and you can easily share data there. The automated workflow makes it very easy for everyone. It also comes with an app feature so you check things at odd hours and it is available in English language supporting almost all countries in quite reasonable prices. You can decide your budget and simply go for it.

What differentiates Accelo from other similar products?
Overall, this is a powerful and unified CRM program that allows us to keep track of all of our clients in one spot, keep thorough notes on our connection with them, monitor our previous talks with them, and integrate with our accounting software. We may use the depth in the project plans in the sales process to show prospects that we have robust processes in place to assure the highest quality content development.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
From sale to project to invoicing, we've automated our business process. At each step of the project, our entire team can easily interact and participate. The pricing point is ideal, and the Accelo customer service has been outstanding. The advantages to our team and bottom line were obvious right away. When the crisis is over, we'll be able to recover faster and build our company with greater confidence thanks to the software.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Given the recent advancements, it's difficult to find anything to dislike, however, I'd like to see a payroll function added next so that I can either send timesheet data to a third-party program or perform a payroll procedure within Accelo. At first, it's not that simple to set up. We must exercise caution when following you.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I truly recommend this software which has a bundle of features, but more importantly, it has assisted us in managing our complete sales cycle, including contact management, lead tracking, project planning, and automated billing. The client portal option, which allows our clients to collaborate on projects, receive bids, and examine invoices, is the most amazing feature.
