Organizational Design Communications Deck

Use this template to communicate the new organizational structure with key stakeholders and ensure they are bought into the changes. This deck include two parts:

  • Communication deck to explain why the new structure is needed, what the structure will look like, and what the transition will look like.
  • Additional slides to communicate additional rationale behind decisions made.

Communication is critical with a new organizational structure. Ensure the right stakeholders understand the need for the new organizational structure and are willing to provide support for its implementation.
