The Leadership Competencies Workbook has several components:

- The 鈥淟eadership Competencies鈥� tab allows you to document appropriate competencies and proficiency level descriptions.
- The 鈥淪hortlist鈥� tab allows you to relate each of the competencies to your strategic goals.
- The 鈥淒eploy and Integrate鈥� tab provides a way to build a communication and implementation strategy.
