Her industry experience includes federal, state, and local government entities, higher education, facilities management, health insurance, and pharmaceuticals.
In her previous roles, Shoshanna focused on driving value by aligning technology to business needs. She has held senior roles in organizational change management, business relationship management, program management, and digital transformation.
Shoshanna specializes in creating executable technology strategies, transforming business through robust organizational change management, using human-focused design principles in software development, and incorporating strategic communications to drive technology engagement and adoption.
Shoshanna brings intellectual curiosity to every engagement and is passionate about problem solving, professional resilience, and helping others reach their goals. She holds a Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Psychology with High Honors from Smith College and is pursuing a Master of Science in Strategic Communication from Northwestern University.
