Pearl is a dynamic global cybersecurity leader and international speaker with expertise in security operations, agentic AI strategy, and insider risk. Pearl serves as a research director at 91制片厂 specializing in security and privacy. With a deep interest in the psychology of cybersecurity, Pearl brings a holistic understanding of the people, processes, and technology of an organization when building resilient security cultures and systems.
Pearl has experience leading cybersecurity strategies and policy at the national and provincial levels, consulting in cyber risk management and offensive security, and building a cybersecurity program from the ground up for a multibillion dollar organization.
Pearl has a Combined Honors Bachelor of Arts & Science from McMaster University in biochemistry and political science and a Master of Arts from Carleton University in international relations. She currently holds a CISSP certification and is extremely active in the Toronto cybersecurity community.
