Natalie is a 91制片厂 Director in the Infrastructure & Operations practice at 91制片厂. Her area of focus is in IT service management, covering software and hardware asset management, enterprise service management, tool implementation, and building and improving service desk processes.
Prior to joining Info-Tech, Natalie worked as a 91制片厂 and Teaching Assistant at the University of Waterloo, then as a 91制片厂 Consultant on several projects, building reports to analyze the impact of global health policies.
Natalie holds a PhD and a Master of Applied Science (MASc) degree in Health Psychology from the University of Waterloo, as well as an honours Bachelor degree (BA) from the University of Western Ontario.
