About Asha Pandya

Asha Pandya is a Consulting Analyst at McLean & Company. She has an extensive background in internal communications, governance, and team leadership.
Currently, Asha's research focuses on presenting the most successful practices in HR and leadership. She is a member of McLean & Company's Manager-in-Training group, which produces deliverables to improve the performance of managers through training and coaching.
Prior to joining McLean & Company, Asha worked for the Canadian Commercial Corporation, providing organizational and corporate strategy analysis to improve internal governance and communications. She has also led presentation seminars for academics in a range of specializations.
Asha received her Honors BA in Arts & Business, with a major in Rhetoric & Professional Writing and a specialization in International Trade, from the University of Waterloo.
