About Allen Wuescher
Executive Counselor
Allen lives in Austin, Texas, and served as the vice president and CIO of Toshiba International Corporation for eight years. At Toshiba he worked with leadership to strategically align IT with multiple business units and evolve the IT organization for contributing high value to the company. His most notable achievements were a number of successful large application migrations and ERP implementations, acting as CISO after a significant cybersecurity breach, standing up multicloud architecture environments, and contributing to the success of new products and services.聽聽聽
Prior to Toshiba, he served customers in professional services and advisory roles at Andersen, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Ernst and Young, where he targeted solutions to complex people, process, and technology issues in both the private and public sectors. He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor, a longstanding member of ISACA and SIM, and serves on the Technology and Data Advisory Board of Directors for ALSAC/St. Judes.聽
Allen obtained his MBA from Louisiana State University, where he enjoyed teaching as a PhD student in Information Systems and Decision Sciences. He enjoys keynote speaking at various events, spending time coaching sports for his three kids, and playing the piano.
