What differentiates ServiceNow IT Operations Management from other similar products?

Breadth of features. The way service now as a whole is designed is extra ordinary. I haven't seen any product like this in market. Ticket handling in service now is way more easy than it's competitors, approval feature is outstanding.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Approval from supervisor is the best thing in service now. And routing the ticket is also exceptional.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's a bit slow. I believe it takes a lot off space to manage and host. And service now really is beneficial when you use all of it's products together. Single product doesn't make much difference.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Please give it a try. Start with some features and then try out the whole product.
