What differentiates NCR VOYIX POS - Counterpoint from other similar products?
NCR Silver has decided to make management much easier than elsewhere workplaces with various POS systems. The console is easily accessible from the work laptop or any node in the shop. There are also comfortable characteristics that help accelerate some procedures, such as the ability to view a transaction without publishing or sending a copy of the flow capabilities from NCR Silver instead of downloading files and then going to open your own email address to send it to a client.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The thing I love best about this system is how easy it is to use. This system is simple to use for both cashiers and clients. It is quick, which most of our clients seem to appreciate. It's great that it's engaging for both customers and staff. NCR Silver provides one of the best point-of-sale facilities with only one application installed on a tablet, an easy-to-use interface, and asset capacity.
What do you dislike most about this product?
What I dislike about the system is that I am dissatisfied with its dependability. Even when the system was completely new, it began to fail on day one. On a regular basis, either one watch or a locking device goes down. The pin pad also has an excessive number of questions.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Overall, I like how simple NCR Silver can be. The dash panel's snapshot of sales figures is an excellent functionality assumption. My staff members have never had an issue with any of the POS terminals. There are also some useful factors that allow simplifying performance management. That's why I highly recommend NCR Silver for your online business.
