What differentiates NCR VOYIX POS - Counterpoint from other similar products?
I am only familiar with NCR, so I can not compare, but I imagine NCR Counterpoint is somewhat similar to their competitors. NCR does seem to the biggest name in the game, I see NCR POS stations while out shopping quite a bit.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
How easy it is to use and train new employees. Takes no time to train new employees on how to use NCR.
What do you dislike most about this product?
How many glitches we get. We regularly get double-charge transactions and fail to saves; where we get the payment thankfully but the ticket that has the item details gets lost fairly often.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Do research into other companies in your area and decide what is best for your needs, but I believe NCR Counterpoint won't disappoint.

What differentiates NCR VOYIX POS - Counterpoint from other similar products?
Agile and professional support has been readily made available regardless of the complexity or timing of our issues. Additionally our ability to make more informed efficiency related decisions as well as those that positively affect profitability is a result of the comprehensive analytics and reporting that this product provides.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The peace of mind given as a result of the stability of the NCR Silver product is priceless to those organizations whose most profitable periods can allow for no downtime.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It would be very useful to have an online community of other business users to engage with. Sharing unique business scenarios and challenges would be invaluable to both NCR and their clients. Currently there isn't a visible means of doing this. The negativities of this product are few and far between.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Consider your most valuable five functionality needs and compare this product to its competitors. Speak with other businesses in the same line of work who are already using the product about their integrations, data and Reporting experiences, Etc
