What is your favorite aspect of this product?

When compared to other software packages, the basic package is a wonderful deal. Once you've overcome the learning curve, it's actually rather simple to use. On smartphones, the experience is simplified and generally excellent. A fantastic desktop application.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It will cost you more money to use premium features, which will be bundled. My organization need only one of the premium package's capabilities (the Gantt chart), yet we are required to pay significantly more for things that we do not use. When it comes to my basic package, I would give it a 5/5 if we could have that feature as an add-on option. We have no problems duplicating boards; nevertheless, it would be nice to be able replicate boards without the contents, so that we don't have to manually erase each input.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Monday.com is unlike any other program I've ever used in that it makes working more pleasurable and less daunting, and it also facilitates teamwork and collaboration. I've found that it replaces a slew of other project management tools. Changing productivity software may be a daunting task, therefore a gradual transition is often the most effective method of implementation. If you use Monday.com on your own initially, you'll have more control and a better user experience when you introduce it to your team later; this will make the transition easier and more pleasant.

We've been able to keep track of all of our projects and responsibilities thanks to Monday.com. The management are able to monitor how the project is progressing from a high-level perspective, while the team is able to see the daily specifics of each work. In addition to being eye-catching, the design is also very clean and uncluttered.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In my opinion, there are few drawbacks to the application. As far as mistakenly "upgrading" your account, I'd think it's possible. Make sure you know exactly what you're agreeing to before you click "accept". As far as I can tell, the program performs and performs just as stated.

It is beautifully designed and very easy to use and learn. Unlike Jira which is complex in its structure, Monday is very easy to start and implement. One can have different boards created with different teams. It can become a task board or a project management board with costs and hours utilised. It has a clear view of the working hours of the employee so a Manager can plan its resource better. Additionally instant messaging and document sharing are fast and easy. The cherry on the pie in the mobile app works very smoothly.

It is most suited for tasks purpose and less for bigger projects which are complex in nature Reporting is limited in Monday.com

I would say that Monday.com is very easy and collaborative. One can easily plan workflow and resources by using Monday.com in its daily life. Best suited for startups or smaller organisations with 20-50 employees or for lesser complex projects
