What differentiates 3CX from other similar products?
The three key points that set 3CX apart are its extensive suite of unified communications services, including video conferencing and integrated messaging, its emphasis on user and admin-friendliness, and the quality of its VoIP calls.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The great VoIP call quality, extensive collection of unified communication tools, and simple setup and management are the three things I enjoy most about the 3CX application.
What do you dislike most about this product?
My least favorite aspect of 3CX is the user interface, which might be more straightforward and well-designed, and the fact that some sophisticated capabilities may necessitate more complicated setup.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
My main recommendation is the 3CX software because of its user-friendliness, high-quality VoIP calls, and capacity to consolidate and enhance company communication with its many unified communication capabilities.

What differentiates 3CX from other similar products?
3CX is a great VoIP alternative to standard phones. It allowed our firm flexibility in working out of office, particularly with the phone app.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Being able to take calls on the go and out of office using the phone and desktop app is extremely useful.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The handsets lack some basic functionality such as being able to see if a user is set to 'do not disturb'.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I think this product and software is best suited to larger firms/teams so it may not be suitable for a smaller company.

The app is really easy to use.

With so many platforms like microsoft teams, slack, and others, its tough to get people to use 3cx and office phones
