The downtown headquarters for 91制片厂 is the big winner in the city鈥檚 2021 urban design awards.
The revamped heritage buildings at the southwest corner of Ridout and King streets took home the prize in the adaptive reuse or rehabilitation category, as well as the people鈥檚 choice award, the city announced Tuesday.
The design for the Info-Tech campus of commercial heritage buildings was done by Nicholson Sheffield Architects Inc. in collaboration with Arthur Lierman Landscape Architecture.
The complex was cited as an example of 鈥渞esponsible heritage architectural practices.鈥�
