He has 35 years of experience leading technology change and service delivery for commercial industry, academia, and the public sector. He led innovation teams in billion-dollar organizations as the Chief Information Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and other senior executive roles responsible for delivering digital transformation for critical and sensitive global missions and millions of users. He also worked in early-stage companies delivering new digital services for consumers and businesses.
His broad industry experience includes technology, telecommunications, public services, defense, intelligence, academia, supply, retail, media, hospitality, and sports. His technical skills include AI, data, DevSecOps, cloud and edge computing, cybersecurity, and systems engineering. He is an expert in portfolio and program management, IT governance, and IT stakeholder relations.聽He is passionate about delivering high-value strategic business outcomes through effective technology delivery.
Terry has a Master and Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and was a computer science adjunct professor at Albright College.
